Can i run and apple operating system ( os ) on a pc?

    Yes you sure can.Just reformat you pc or laptop then install tbe apple.You can download apple online from torrent sites or various places.After downloading it, pack the file & then burn it on DVD.Or simply order it from apple.Install it on your pc like you would your windows.

    It is illegal to run the OS X on the PC.

    You have to use VERY specific parts to do so. You would certainly have to build the system yourself. They call them "Hackintosh"
