Italian Food, made in Italy. How can I make the best Italian bread?

Will some one please tell me how to make the worlds best bread, Italian bread. And would you tell me how to make a very good Italian dish, that will go with the Italian bread?

    Your question is very difficult but at the same time interesting. The hardest thing to do is not getting italian bread or dishes recipes(finding them on the web is very easy) but finding real italian ingredients, produced in Italy. In my opinion that's the most important thing you have to do if you want to surprise someone with your true italian cuisine!!! :D Ciao
