urgent question about ebay.?
Hi everyone. On ebay, i sent an item to the buyer's billing address instead of the shipping address and it's caused quite a problem. I'm not sure how to solve this so any suggestion would help. The item was sent already and is at the billing address and it's three hours away from the shipping address. Would there be any way for me, who lives on the east coast, to send the package from a city in TN to another city in TN. Thank you in advance.

You'll have to wait until the package is returned to you -- unless someone at the billing address is willing to accept the package and send it on to the correct shipping address.

That is not your fault. You use whatever shipping address is on the Order Details. If the buyer forgot to give the correct shipping address, that is on him. There is no responsibility on your part. The rest is up to the buyer, assuming he gave you the incorrect shipping address. There is only one address on the Order Details so how would you get the wrong address?
