Reducing mcdonalds food?

I am trying to lose a few pounds and I work at mcdonalds so I want to know if diet coke and unsweetened tea with artificial sugar is safe and what stuff will be good for me.

    They are fine.

Lots of people argue about how diet soda is apparently worse for you than regular soda, which is not true. Neither have any kind of nutritional benefit, and they are extra sodium anyway, but drinking diet soda isn't really that bad so long as you keep yourself hydrated otherwise. Unsweetened tea with artificial sugar is fine (another argument that people make "sugar is better than artificial sugar." Neither is better than the other)

Any kind of soda with carbonation can make you bloat. Tea is one of the best things for you to drink. I find that mixing a little bit of fruitopia with the tea is great. Fruitopia has tons of calories, but not mixed in tea. Eating salads every day can be boring, so I try to change it up, like with making a grilled chicken quesadilla. It is true that our food is packed with preservatives. I am not sure why, but McDonald's food just makes you gain weight. I was skinny mini all my life until I got a job at McDonald's and still ate healthy at work. The best thing you can do is pack a lunch. Eating McDonald's every now and then is ok, but every day just changes everything and working in this business gives you so much temptation!
