Take things away. Take the cards out of the cable box so that you won't have service, shut off the cell phones, and take the game consul cords with you when you leave for work so that they have to have the chores done by the time you get home or they don't get any of those things back til they are.

What does your teen(s) love the most ? Most likely it would be their cell phone. When my dad took away my video game system, I started cutting the yard as soon as possible

Give them dirty dishes to eat on, half cooked meals- shrug your shoulders when they have no clean clothing. When they complain "You don't want to do anything around the house to help me out, why should I do anything?"
