To all Russians around the world - Всем Русским вокруг мира?

It should be "Всем русским в мире" or better "Всем русскоговорящим в мире" because there are millions people who speak Russian but they are not ethnic Russians.

They do not have Russian answers because share of Yahoo on Russian market is only about couple of percents. It is VERY unpopular here since they came to Russian market very late (together with Google and Facebook; they didn't translate their sites in Russian when they really could attract Russian audience, while many Russian companies just made their own versions of popular services). We have our own site otvet.mail.ru and also Google version is popular: otvety.google.ru

There's no Y!A Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Any Arabic-speaking nation, or Turkey either.

I guess it has to do with the amount of Yahoo! users

im pretty sure there are russians in yahoo answerers. maybe its just not popular in russia

there's similar russian sites, so yahoo has no chances to become popular there

Economics. Because there aren't enough Russian Yahoo! accounts for them to consider it worthwhile.
