"I've had alot of problems with my iPhone 4! "
like what?
"what phone should I get?"
the phone that does what you want, for no more than you'd like to pay.
"I'm thinking about getting the new blackberry 9900?"
I don;t know, are you? And if so, why? Your prferences are basically the most important detail in this question - why would you leave that out?
why not go to your carrier and see what phones are offered and what the user reviews say?
I don;t know what your carrier is, but both AT&T & Verizon both offer user reviws.

The display on the BlackBerry 9900 is excellent. It’s the first higher resolution device out of RIM, featuring a 640 x 480-pixel panel.

Android phones do way more than IPhones and blackberrys combined. I would at least try an android phone. Most have better cameras, processors and you can customize your icons without rooting or "jailbreaking" it. Who is your service provider?
