im sure it will run fine and fast..
my laptop has 1.6 ghz cpu and 1gb ram can run it..

It'll do just fine. I would recommend getting it bumped up to 8GB though, not really because you might need the extra 2GB, but because two mismatched sticks will break dual channel and you'll take a hit in performance as a result.
