Navy - how can i change my rating in the navy?
my current rating is QM ( quartermaster ) but i wanna change it to HM or something that allows me to go on fleet missions with marine units.
how would i go about that?
retaking the asvab in 2 years or try and join IA when im aloud too.
help please give details and all info that you know.

you will NOT be crossrating into HM any time soon. HM is CREO 3, overmanned. QM is not.
when your PTS stuff comes due, that's when you start asking around.

Either try for a new position in reenlistment or go to your NCO/CO and ask about changing your ratings.
