Cancer, Im scared i might have it at 22. Seriously. please help?
I have had a few lumps inside my cheeks for maybe a few years, or longer?, dont know how many, but i know i have noticed them a long time ago. I have one about the size of a pea on the right side inner corner of my mouth (the tip of your mouth when you smile, but inside) it doesnt show, but is felt there. Also one on the opposite corner of my mouth, but a bit smaller. i have recently felt a few other ones while feeling around. All these ones are painless, and just there.
I think it was 2 months back i got a very big lump i thought was a cyst in the corner of my upper cheek, lately this is the only one that been hurting and it has a white top now, so i it may even be a cyst coming to head? or more..? I think its different then the rest
as i was examining my mouth today, i lifted my tongue up against the top of my mouth to see underneath and noticed that right on that line of meat that attached your tongue to the floor of your mouth (dont know what its called) I have a pea sized lump same color as skin growing on it, it is very mushy and protrudes from it. on the left side of it there is a small clear filled mushy bubble.
I will be going for a second doctor opinion tmrw as he just told me if i notice the one under my mouth changing to come back. that could take forever if its something serious. and didnt really explain much about all the other ones.
I really think ive had all the cheek bumps (excep the newer painful one) for a long time, is it possible that i just have a "fleshy feeling" cheek naturally, does this always mean a problem?
and whats REALLY worrying me is the ones under my tongue, i checked my husbands mouth compared to mine and it has nothing of the sort. Does these bumps under the tongue ALWAYS mean cancer, is there soemthing else, ANYTHING that it could be instead? I just want an opinion Im affraid the doctor wont take me seriously as this one im going too always thinks i worry too much.
thanks

Aside from doctors--as one of the other answerers suggested--dentists are experts at detecting all sorts of oral cancers.
If you're getting your teeth cleaned regularly (and if you are a mother-to-be, then you SHOULD be seeing a dentist, because being preggers tends to take a lot of calcium out of your system, which often leads to tooth decay and loss), then your dentist is already checking all of the parts of your mouth (including your inner cheeks and your tongue), and if s/he sees anything suspicious, then s/he'll do some biopsies.

I'm not saying dont go to the doctor and get it checked out but if it is anything like mine I know exactly what it is.
These are usually ulcers or a harmless type of herpes. Alot of people get them.. Sometimes they scar so they never go away....I have had some bumps that never went away and have been there for years, just scar tissue. If you can see them and they are white probably ulcers.
You can try to use sensiyne toothpaste..... I remember I was told to change toothpaste becasue there was an ingredient in it that caused them.

A good doctor will appreciate your concern for your well-being. It's better to be safe than sorry. Nobody can diagnose you without seeing you, so you should make an appointment. Just remember to stay as calm as possible. You don't know anything definitive. It's most likely nothing. It any case, i'll pray for you. Lots of love <3 <3 <3

I think those are coldsores, or pimples insideyour mouth. Honestly I don't thimbles serious but if you need just take a doctors opinion then take it. Those zits sometimes happen to me inside my mouth, it's not a big deal.

not very likely that it is cancer.. when you spot bumps from cancer, waiting for years and years if not possible.. the bumps would be out of control by now.. see a doctor.. bumps under the tongue are almost never cancer..

I had been experienced of wart. I was recognized by small insects. because of them. Your case is same case, I think. Check your home doctor about skin.
