Are you sure it is not a piece of gause put in there by the oral surgeon to help prevent dry socket? You should call him tomorrow to find out what to do.

Carefully, use a clean Q-Tip & gently try to remove it. Once you remove it, gargle with some warm salt water. Please be sure it is indeed a foreign & not skin tissue.
