It is not a 'song'. Songs have to be sung by singers and have words. Instrumental music can be a 'piece', 'work' or 'composition', but NEVER a 'song' (unless the composer chooses to call it such). Remember: no singing, NOT a 'song'.
The piece in the video is the Little Prelude in C major BWV 933 by Johann Sebastian Bach. It is from a set of 6 'Little Preludes' Bach wrote for teaching purposes.

The guy above me is WRONG. My music teacher taught me that if it has sound, silence, and a beginning, middle and end, it's a song. It doesn't need vocals to be a song.
