Ultra Surf connection failed?

My ultra surf version is 10.17 and I use internet from home.

About 1 month ago, every things work fine.

One day, when I use Ultra Surf, it doesn't "Connection Successful"

It keep saying "Contracting Server"

It's speed is about 98.8%

For normally, it's connection successful at this rate after 3 seconds

I also enter the proxy manually for this. This proxy works perfectly.

Is Ultra Surf has been blocked by our country???

If it is, tell me other proxy software which can be easily use, like Ultra Surf

Don't tell me proxy sites. Those cannot use to download from Mediafire.
