How do I report being hacked and do I go to the authoritize?

Friends on my e-mail list have been notified that my husband and I are in London and were mugged. We need money for hotels expenses and plane fare back to the states! My husband has been dead for a year now, and they used his name! Now that is cruel, don't you think?

My question is since I no longer have my e-mail list of addresses and all of my e-mails, important ones have been compromised, is there any way to retrieve that list again to make people aware of the hacking and not to send money? I've already changed my password on my yahoo account as well as my back accounts, thankfully none of that has been compromised!
