What is a good topic for a thesis in BS Psychology?
I am asking this because I will be starting the research in a few months. I need a topic that can be helpful, fascinating and interesting. It's ok if it is qualitative or quantitative research but it would be better if it is qualitative. Thank you. :)

As someone that HAS a BS in psychology, did an Honors thesis, and is planning a Master's thesis right now, I can tell you that this is not a good question. I will explain why in a minute. But first, I think it's awesome that you're planning to do a thesis in psychology. It's a good learning experience and (if done right) is fun. So I'll explain why this isn't the right question.
Doing a thesis, as you will discover, is intensely hard work. Even an undergraduate thesis requires hours of lit search, synthesis, writing, data collecting, and stress. Because as undergrads we usually don't have the knowledge necessary to do all this work on our own, undergrads (and even graduate students!) pick a mentor to work with. So your first step in doing a thesis is to pick a mentor who is doing research that you are interested in.
Once you've selected a mentor, usually a professor in the psychology dept but perhaps in counseling, Human Development & Learning (HDAL), if those are separate departments at your school, it's time to work with that mentor to get a project idea. The reason you want to get your project idea from your mentor is that he(or she) will have expertise in the project already, so he(or she) will make it so much easier for you to do all that work. Usually your project is going to be one of two things: something the mentor is already working on, or something closely related that you and your mentor made up together.
If TL;DR, Don't choose a topic on your own--choose a mentor at your school, let him or her pick the topic with you, theses are PAINFUL but less so with a faculty friend.
Good luck!
