OK, you have a dream car, which means all they tell you, the only thing I add to that is: the life of the car, is long, the shape, is new, modern, and beautiful, and the sound of the engine, is music for me, for example, you can drive the car almost in any kind of way, you don't pay to much in service, and the gas is cheap, and everybody turn the head when you pass anywhere, that's the "real" thing, you are amazing, and the car also, you gonna love it!!!!!!

Yes, its the best car in the world, and i really think it is, no ****

    top speed 310 kph ( 193 mph )

    0 - 60 about 3.9 seconds

its good, but if you want to show off, then the Ferrari F430 does that pretty well..

but does it fit your lifestyle? i mean here's some stuff you should know about the car:

    - backseats are useless (very little space)

    - its very easy to drive fast

    - very good storage space to be a super fast car

    - engine repeairs are expensive (aswell as other repairs)

    - good ground clearense compared to other sportscars

That is info about the 997 generation Porsche Turbo

but be sure to check out other cars for ex:

    Aston Martin DB9

    Bentley Continental

    Audi RS4

    Audi R8

    BMW M3

    Mercedes SL AMG

    Maserati Granturismo

    Jaguar XKR

    Mercedes CL

in short, except you're coping with a Porsche engine first of all, you will no longer have alot of fulfillment in duplicating the tone. There are some factors that combine for the unique engine observe... on the older vehicles you have a mix of the flat 6 configuration, air cooling, and the rapid. The greater cutting-edge vehicles at the instant are watercooled and additionally quieter (with production facility exhaust), however the engine format keeps to be a similar and the straightforward format of the exhaust gadget continues to be comparable. in case you wanted to heavily mirror the sound with yet another engine, an early VW engine would probable be the terrific canidate (being the two flat and air cooled)... then it might merely be a remember of including a rapid and searching the main appropriate exhaust. it is probable as close as you will get without going with a Porsche.

Your grandparents bought you a Porsche 911 Turbo? Congratulations. What year is it?

My father owns 2011 Porsche Turbo S and it supposedly goes from 0 - 60 in 2.8 seconds. So it is quite fast. I mean it can smoke my 2011 Jaguar XFR...and mine is pretty fast car.

    Best wishes,

Fast enought to get an inexperienced person killed in a BIG hurry.

Hope the Grandparents got you a serious slush fund to go with that, to insure, maintain, and feed.

It is one of the fastest and most expensive cars you can buy.

    Top Speed = 193mph

    0-60mph in about 3.5 seconds.
