Um advice? I want to buy a tablet?
Okay. I'm sort of on a budget :S anyway, my friends recommended a website called "eglobalwireless.com" and showed me an android 2.2 tablet with a camera and wifi ability. After doing my research, I saw some people absolutely LOVED the website.. and some said it was a downright scam. So I kept doing my research. I found "Lightinthebox.com" and they had an android 2.3 tablet pc 8 inch touchscreen camera tablet. it's for probably 70 dollars more. I read that it worked and I also read it was a scam. I would buy from the manufacturer if I could even find them! But I'd rather buy from eglobal or light if they are safe.
Well are they? (Sorry if this was long. I didn't think it would be =P )

I agree with Thankie about the wisdom of buying from reputable sources.
I'll go further and suggest that current tablets under $200 should also be approached with caution. Here are some candidates that don't hold up to closer review:
M009S 2GB Google Android 2.2 Tablet PC: Despite 4ish star Amazon average, the 1-star comments are disconcerting:

ePad: "Android ePad Tablet Reviewed. Verdict: Junk"

Coby Kyros: "The bottom line: The Coby Kyros tablet offers a large screen for relatively little money, but it's a bad proposition at any price."

Archos Arnova 10: "Its sluggish performance and unresponsive touchscreen make browsing the Web a real chore, though."

It's not until the $250 (Nook Color), $400 (ASUS Transformer), or $500+ (Galaxy Tab 10.1, Xoom, Toshiba Thrive, etc) ranges that you'll find Android tablets getting more respectable receptions by customers.

Buy from major websites only. Your best bet. Don't search for obscure sites. You are only asking for a scam by doing that.
