handheld game web browsers?

Does the 3DS web browser use flash? Also will the Playstation Vita use flash for its web browser (I'm assuming it will have a web browser)?

    Not sure on the 3ds, I just know that it have a web browser

    psv, yes. You can go to YouTube and stuff. the psv will be just like other smartphones and tablet
