Angelfish require a minimum of 30 gallons each. They should be kept in even groups, so you should not have any in a 29 gallon. They get 10 inches tall, and living in a 29 gallon would stunt their growth, and reduce their lifespan dramatically. Look at your 29 gallon and imagine something that big trying to swim around. Between decorations, other fish, even filter/heater, it would barely have any room which would stress it out.

Just because someone has it in their tank and they appear to be fine does not mean it's okay to be in that tank.

The 29 gallon tank could be somewhat small, in spite of the fact that the 50 gallon could be an ok selection for each and all the fish contained interior the 29 gallon. that's advisable to evaluate shifting them as much as the 50 gallon and then make a extreme high quality new ecosystem interior the 29- which you should layout from scratch to contain fish that pass properly mutually and occupy all tiers of the tank. Angelfish in many situations swim by all areas of the tank- floor, mid-point, and alongside the backside. they often pair off interior the grownup degree so 2 is a robust variety. they could be fairly aggressive yet according to the different fish you mentioned you look to have a tank they could be properly matched or perhaps properly suited to stay in. verify there is flowers around the aspects and decrease back- they actually love that. additionally verify to no longer upload any smaller varieties of fish or non violent varieties of fish they could in all danger no longer do properly in this tank. you additionally can choose to evaluate a dither species of fish- a fish with extreme activity that swims around regularly. Dither fish will help shrink and divert aggression between the different fish. additionally while including new fish to a tank (extraordinarily with different aggressive or territorial fish) that's advisable to evaluate rearranging the aquascape, making specific that there are adequate hiding places, feed resident fish till now introducing new fish, verify you upload the least aggressive fish to the tank first. good luck.

The minimum for an angel fish is 30 gallons, but 29 should be pretty much the same.

Angel Fish need at least 10 gallons per fish so it depends on how many you have in there, I recommend getting a bigger tank if you've got more than two in there, they could die of oxygen loss if overcrowded.
