My vagina is red and very sore to the touch but only at the opening?

My best friend is going through this just started it's acute for about 4 days. We can rule out STDs she's been tested and is negative .

Okay so her labiea Minior is red and very sore to the touch . Just the bottom of her vagina where her opening is red no where else there are no other signs and symptoms other than it's extremely sore to the touch and it hurts if pee gets on the red area .

It's some sort of irritant to her any ideas and how to treat ? Her vagina is moist not dry

it looks like dipper rash

It's only about 3 in of red area it's very small

Its very possible that she could have a yeast infection. Go to the store and get something to help treat the symptoms until she can get to the Doctor. Is it itchy at all, or is there any discharge? She could also pick up some anti-bacterial body wash and gently wash it while she's in the shower or she could get the Vagisil wipes from the store and use those. Even if its not a yeast infection, it sounds like some kind of infection that could be cause by a number of things. The main thing to do though is to have her make an appointment with the doctor and get it checked out. Good luck!

I would suggest her going to the Doctor and get them to take a look at it. It could be an infection of some sort.
