What is the U.S. W-2 Wage Income Distribution Above $500,000/yr.?
Prefer footnoted source and a breakdown in approx. $100-$250K increments. A link would be fine.
The U.S. Census' last income bracket is "$100,000 and over" in its "Income, Poverty, and Health Insurance Coverage:2010" and the IRS uses AGI up to "$10,000,000 and more" but "Number of Returns" not 'individual wage earners'. I'm looking for **number of individuals** with incomes between $100K-$250K; $250K-$500K; $500K-$750K...and so on.

The IRS doesn't report W-2 income. What they do report is Adjusted Gross Income. You can find all that data here at the link below.
