Do most foreign maps show the U.S. as 50 states?

Question

I know that many places like Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, etc... have separate units such as states but I was just wondering if most (90%) of the foreign maps show the U.S. with it's 50 different states. Thanks ahead of time.

It depends on the scale of the map and what the theme of the map is.
Small scale maps show very big areas, so it may not be possible to show all of a country's internal political boundaries.
If practical, most maps show the internal boundaries.

Yes most of the Maps only shows 50 states (48 connected +Alaska+Hawaii) however some professional maps can show the other territories.

It depends on the scale of the map.  A small scale map would not show states, only the outline of the U.S.

A large scale map would show more detail.

‎1) Go to google maps.
2) Search 47.110579,9.227568
3) Find the green arrow and click more...Then click street view.
4) Look 2x up then 2x left
