I cut my forearm with scissors and needed stitches ?

Well I intentionally cut myself and I needed stitches but the problem is what can I tell my parents when they see it on the insurance? My mom is already suspicious of me cutting in the summer and has asked. Please help.

    Say they fell off the side when you were looking for something.

    Or just be a good person, and be truthful.

    You can tell your parents that you need their positive attention and a therapist.
