Can anyone tell me what the early symptoms of a brain tumor might be?

Smelling strange smells when no one else around you smells them. Rotten egg smell is a very common report. Hearing strange noises that only you can hear (usually sounds like the twittering of birds or some other high pitched noise). one side of the body feeling numb or one eye drooping, muscle weakness on one side of the body, terrible headaches that last for days. Nausea and vomiting. Dizziness.

A fellow neuroendocrine tumor patient had ten undiagnosed brain metastases. What prompted her doctors to send her for the brain MRI that showed the tumors was the occasional loss of motor coordination in her right hand thumb.

Early, as in when it first starts growing? No symptoms. If you mean after it's gotten large enough to cause symptoms, then it could be anything, stronger headaches, tingles, twitches, anything...
