I am looking for a good Chutney Recipe?

I love Chutney, especially the Scottish types, not really the Indian ones.

If you have a recipe to share, preferrably one that is not to difficult for this man to make at home, I would appreciate it! Thanks for now!

    Pear and Tomato Chutney

    1 lb. chopped pears

    1 lb. chopped tomatoes

    1 chopped green pepper

    1 chopped onion

    ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

    1 small can pimento, chopped

    ½ teaspoon mustard

    ½ teaspoon ginger

    1 teaspoon salt

    ½ cup vinegar

    1 cup sugar

Mix all ingredients, except pimento. Boil slowly for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add pimento and boil 5 minutes longer. Pack into sterilized jars and seal at once.
