Make/model/operating system and what do you have on D and E?
More info please☺
A few more questions:
Are the other 'disks' separate hard drives or partitions on one hard drive?
Can you back up your pics etc to DVD or external USB drive?
Do you have a Windows XP disk? If so and you can back up, and they are partitions on one disk, you can increase the size of C at the expense of one of the other partitions.
What programs do you have the disks for? If you have the disks, you can uninstall them from C and reinstall on one of the other partitions.
Can you move any documents/pics/vids from C to another drive?
@ Arnold, F.Y.I. The page file is only going to be a few Kb at most.

you shouldn't want a Boot Disk.. basically the origional abode windows XP CD that got here with your pc. Formatting will help your pc so a techniques as being quicker.. yet basically to a constrained degree. it actually relies upon on the way you're utilising it. yet another element you're able to do to is down close to the pc clock, close out something which you at the instant are not utilising like messengers, and stuff. And double verify the beginning up-menu bar.. initiate.. All courses.. Startup. Delete each little thing which you do no longer want to start while the pc starts up. do no longer subject.. It would not wipe out this technique.. purely keeps it from beginning up while abode windows does. That clock element i discussed a 2d in the past.. flow into that courses properties.. it fairly is going to take some finding around.. yet in maximum situations.. you will locate an decision that pronounces to no longer initiate at abode windows startup or comparable wording.. desire that enables you out some.

Local Disk C contains only the winows files or operating system or your software which you are installed in your computer. So delete extra data from the C disk.

To give you some extra disk space you can move the page file (pagefile.sys) which can get very large.
Right-click on "My Computer" (just "Computer" in Vista and 7)
Select "Properties"
Click on "Advanced"
In the "Performance" section click on "Settings"
Click on the "Advanced" tab
In the "Virtual Memory" section click on "Change"
Select your larger disk and then click on "System managed size" then "Set"
It may say you need to restart. If there's a cancel or "later" choose that for now. We'll restart after the next step.
Next select your C drive
Click on "No paging file" then "Set"
Now restart.
Your pagefile should now have been moved from drive C to drive D saving you xxxMb of space on your C drive.
If you need even more space then once restarted do this:
Right-click on the "My Documents" folder
Select"Properties"
Then select "Move" and move it to your larger disk.
Depending on how much data you've got in that folder you could save lots more Mbs of space.
