Need Hops Training Advice?

Currently am 6'1" and I can dunk with relevant ease

But nothing that special

Need some exercises which will increase muscle strength/explosivity for greater hops

    Jumprope 20 minutes a day. Run & jog with ankle weights ( I recommend 10 lbs) & do ab workouts like crunches & sit ups. Your vertical will increase.

    A good jumprope cost around $10. I forgot how much ankle weights were but they weren't expensive.
