Nope. It was canceled in 2009. The cast has moved on - the actress who played Sarah is starring in The Walking Dead, the actor who played Sucre has a new series this year, and the others are doing movies - Wentworth Miller is working on the new Resident Evil movie and Dominic Purcell is in four movies that are either filming now or in pre-production.
The trailer for season 5 was a fan-made thing. It's not real.

I examine that Season 4 is going to be the final. Wentworth Miller has additionally expressed that Season 4 must be the final as though they gain finally bringing down the corporate then what can they probably do next??? Bringing down the corporate has been the finished base of the instruct so while they do this Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, Sara & Mahone will all finally be loose & get to stay their lives. i'm hoping the instruct ends on a extreme without cliffhanger.
