What is a good workout for a teenage girl?

What types of exercises should I do. How many reps and sets? How many muscles should be worked and which ones?

    they always say the best workouts is 25 to 35 minutes of cardio, like running, walking, jumping rope, etc. thats what i do when i want to stay healthy and active :)

    And conceited means you think you are the best. Her thinking she is hot is just lots of confidence, and maybe a bit of arrogance.

    Uhmmm, I'm in P.E and they make all of us.. including the girls do push-ups, crunches, and jog. I think you should do that. Do three sets of push-ups and crunches, take breaks in between them. Start slowly, and you should maybe jog as long as you can. Or go to the gym.. and lift weights, I've seen girls at the gym do that before.

    Hm, sitting on the couch 24/7 while eating a bunch of chips, cookies, cake, ice cream & drink soda!:)
