I see you're from Australia...I remember reading in the news where a father married his long lost daughter.

Also, if you move to West Virginia, you can marry you actual sister or even your pet donkey.

There is no reason why your brother can not marry your husband's sister. They are in no way related or considered brother/sister. She is not his sister in law, she is your sister in law. I know of several couples who have married each others in laws. For example two brothers marrying two sisters. It is not that uncommon. I have even heard of twins marrying twins.

If they love each other and fall in love they can get married and all four of you can have a wonderful relationship.

So don't worry and let them enjoy each other.

Yes they can marry. They are not brother and sister in any way shape or form. I have two sets of inlaws that the husbands are brothers and the wives are sisters.

Yes. The law only recognizes blood relatives as relatives that cannot marry. For example adopted children can marry each other if they want, because they are not blood related...so yes they can, and no it's not weird, or incest or anything like that.

    Yes, they can marry.

My biological auntie, is married to her husband Frank. And franks brother Dave, is married to my aunties sister (my other bio auntie). So their all siblings in law. In other words, yes it's legal, and very common.

of course... heck, I married my biological sister... It really isn't that big deal... The odds of having a deformed baby aren't any higher than if you weren't related... I say go for it.

They are NOT brother and sister.

They are Brother and sister IN LAW -- not IN BLOOD.

    No Problem.

Yeah they're good to go. Relatives by marriage aren't affected by that i'm pretty sure, just blood relatives.
