what would happen to my teacher?
I just found out a few days ago that one of my favorite teachers of all time is not coming back to school and has been fired because he was arrested due to driving under influence of a substance and in possession of cocaine.
what could his punishment be? like how long of jail time must he serve? and what happens next?
please help! thank you!

Well..it all depends on whether there are prior convictions with him or not. If he got a DUI depending on the state of residency, he will have to serve jailtime..the higher the blood alcohol content the higher the time served and severity ogf the crime and possesion of cocaine is a felony and unfortunately a felon cannot be a teacher...if he had alot of cocaine on him he might be serving about a month if he doesn't have prior records with the judicial system, his teaching career is gone.
