For waterproof mascara, I like Urban Decay Cannonball and Maybelline Colossal Volume Express (the waterproof one).

Another tip to make your eye makeup stay all day is to prime your lids before applying shadow and liner (I like Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion).

You can also set your eye makeup with translucent powder (this will absorb the excess sweat and oil that mixes with makeup and causes it to smudge).
