Does it sound like he likes me?

Right, so yesterday someone at my school spoke to me on fb for like the first time just casually asking if i knew him, we started talking about how id seen him around school and he was saying he was surprised hed never seen me. Then he was saying i look stunning and to say hello when i see him so he knows who i am, he was also saying i was beautiful and things. We were talking for like 2hours then he went offline and mailed me again at about 4am..:L then from literally like 7am this morning until 3pm today we were constantly talking. Then for about 2hours now we've been talking again and he's been really flirty, saying im funny and im his queen and calling me babes and putting like loads of hearts. And even though ive only been talking to him for like a day i genuinely just wanna keep talking to him and i feel that i really like him already. Only problem for me is that he has seen me based on my profile pictures, and obviously they are me looking my best otherwise they wouldn't be a profile picture. I've always thought he was really fit but he's like a proper popular year 11 and im an average year 10..I know popularity shouldn't mean anything but it does in teenage years. Also today i saw him loads but i tried to avoid him because i looked terrible! I don't want him to see me and change his mind. Thing is im not sure what to make of it because about 1week ago he was flirting with some other girl in my year who's popular but ugly, and now i don't know if they talk or not. He seems like a bit of a ladies man and im not sure what to make of it. Also after we stopped talking earlier i had to speak to him first and he hasn't given me his number or anything, or am i expecting too much? Does it sound like he does like me even though its only a day or am i just stretching things out to more than they are (i do this a lot)
