    Um, parents should be responsible for their own damn children, and they should not turn everyplace into a child safe zone.

    Freedom of speech has a lot of value in our culture. Idiots who whine about "protecting the children" are really saying that they want everyone else in the world to protect their children because they are too lazy too do the job themselves.

    probably, cause libraries ain't a place for people to go to masturbate...

    if it's a public place, then no, it would be public indecency

    if it's a private location, then it can be legal, but of course there would have to be an age restriction allowing only adults to have access

    Depends on the nature of the content say educational ok pornographic not ok. Full care should be taken when it comes to children and minors.

    I tried it at my local Library to test it out, and found that it already did.
