Not sure why you would look like an *** to your chain of command whether you have answers to these question or not?
1 - yes
2 - "join army boot camp"? I don't ever recall "joining" basic training, but I sure did attend it. Yes you will.
3 - it should
4 - yes, with some limitations for Navy awards that are badges in the Army
5 - In the Army we don't have any sort of job called "scout sniper". We have Cavalry Scout - which is MOS 19D. We have snipers, but that is just a school / skill.
6 - You can have Infantry (11B) all day long. Never too many infantrymen.
Here is a copy and paste from a recent Army announcement concerning the blue-to-green program:
"Now, as numbers of transfers from the Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard have dropped, the Army says it’s no longer feasible to offer the four week Warrior Transition Course. Instead, incoming service members will attend Army basic combat training. Drill sergeants will treat those holding noncommissioned-officer ranks with respect, but they’ll train alongside regular recruits at boot camp, Army officials say.
Sailors E-1 through E-5 are the enlisted targets for the program; they will retain their paygrade and current date of rank. Officers retain their paygrade and date of rank and get branch-specific training as needed. E-5s whose skills are overmanned in the Army might have to take a cut if they retrain in an Army skill that allows E-5 entry-level training. Retraining into other Army skills is possible based on an individual’s qualifications and training vacancies at the time of enlistment.
Not all sailors can go Army right away: They must be within three months of getting out of the Navy to strike a deal with an Army recruiter. But Navy commanding officers are allowed to let sailors go up to six months ahead of their departure dates.
And anyone with one year left on his contract can apply for an early out under the early transition program. Those early outs must also be approved by commanding officers and Navy Personnel Command.
The $5,000 Blue to Green bonus has dried up. Army officials say there is no longer an enlistment bonus program in effect because the service is meeting most of its recruiting goals. But Army recruiting officials say that can change, especially for sailors who have skills that correlate with a critical Army military occupational specialty.
Sailors who become soldiers will benefit from higher high-year-tenure gates and better advancement. Army rules allow an E-5 to complete a 20-year career, whereas the Navy allows an E-5 to stay on active duty for 14 years. Sailors caught in overmanned ratings can not only earn retirement, but also possibly advance. Because the Army had been growing recently, its overall advancement rates have been better than the Navy’s.

1: maybe. not nearly a given or easy any more
2: Yes new rules that went ointo effect last year means you will do basic again
3: expect to lose one paygrade unless your Navy rating converts diirectly to an understrength MOS
4: some are allowed on other uniforms, some are Navy specific
