does IBS causes headache and giddiness?

i have been having IBS acttack recently and i have headache feel giddy and tired all the time is this normal?

    problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get tested.

    Reflexology has proved to be very helpful to IBS sufferers. But also i'd try yoga, its very gentle. Visit a Natropath for your personal diet plan, everyones different so what one doctor tells 100 people with IBS isnt gonna work. But a Natropath can do certain tests and find out whats best for YOU Good luck
