MS Xbox 360 vs Sony PlayStation 3?????? 10points!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have played all the gaming systems, heck I own them all (even the one where you are the controller!) Not taking anything aways from the other systems or anything, but they simply dont measure up! Sony Playstation has hands down the most beautiful graphics of any console...ever! No one can argue that, and the move controller just adds a whole new world of gaming to their already extensive collection! PS3 is now ultra kid friendly. Do yourself a favor before you sink your money into one of the other systems, not bad mind you, just never equal, and try the ps3. It truly does do everything, like the commercial says.

So, basically you asked for no fanboy ****, and sadly, they'll come outta any corner they possibly can, and I have noticed, particularly on the 360 side, there alot of fanboys, however, I own a ps3 and a 360, I am on my second ps3 atm, I have gone through a 360 pro, elite and am now soundly sitting on a 360 slim, which actually appears to be very great, finally microsoft actually tried to fix the problems that xbox had, in comparison though, I play my ps3 more simply because I ended up buying more games for it whilst it was still feeding my gaming needs whilst my 360's were in and out of being repaired, HOWEVER, now is the time (a very good time) to make up your OWN mind, both consoles out to date, fixed up, more or less "perfected" after a very bumpy few years, more the 360 than the ps3, and i'm stating that because it's the facts, not because i'm a fanboy, so i'd say seeing as all your friends have a 360 you may aswell just buy one of them, or get a ps3 to really piss them off lol, because although alot of 360 owners hate on ps3, they generally only do so to cover up the fact that they don't have one and they will never wan't one, wich in my eyes is a load of bull, anyways i hope I helped to some degree. :P BUT I personally think performance and gamewise, that PS3 is the future, and it's starting to look that way world wide, not just by my own opinion, but each and everyone to there absolute own...

PS3's an amazing console, and I personally would suggest it IF all your friends didn't have an Xbox

The xbox and PS3 seem to both have very very good game lineups:

PS3: Uncharted, Killzone, God of War

Xbox: Halo, Gears of War, way better XBLA marketplace games

The PS3 has better graphics and Blu Ray capabilities (which you don't need)

But the 360 has much better online and CoD support

Ok, so I would recommend Xbox 360. Why?

Ok well PS3 has blu-ray but when it comes to playing online, I read/see that PSNetwork is mostly down for Black Ops and stuff! The reason why Xbox LIVE charges, is because it's million times better! I've never seen it down. And Xbox 360 has FaceBook, Twitter, ESPN, HuBu, and NetFlix. I believe PS3 only has NetFlix. Do you like listening to music while playing? Another reason why you should go for Xbox 360, on Xbox you can put music in your harddrive and listen to it while playing. On PS3 you either listen to music or play, sadly. And millions of people are always on Xbox LIVE, so you can find a match fast! But also depending on your internet. Also, Microsoft ain't cheap because we usually get map packs and demos before PS3! -Most Multiplatform games perform better on Xbox (Oblivion, Orange Box, Crysis 2, etc)

-Full 1080p instead of upscaled 720p on PS3

CoD on PS3 is known to be laggy connection wise.

PS3:

-More comfortable controller

-Blu-Ray player

-Free online service

-Web Browser

EDIT: Red Rings is a long gone problem that affected 33% of the first generation of Xbox's (Which they don't make anymore). They only make the Slim Xbox's now which are much sleeker and is immune to RROD.

if you want laggy and hacked service go with ps3... if you want a gaming console 360 so yeah. not much of a choice. and to the guy that said something about red ring get a fan for 12 bucks retard. still going to be 100 bucks less than if you bought a ps3.

Xbox for sure. Since you said you are not one of these cheap people that say they don't wanna pay for live then definitely xbox. Plus the xbox's controllers are much better fit for your hands.
