Can Becoming A Vegetarian Effect Your Period? (Short)?

I'm 12. And I've Had 4 Periods In The Last 7M. About A Month Ago After My 3RD Period I Decided To Become A Vegetarian To Save Those poor little cute animals. My 4th Period Was light and lasted not even three days! Also my other three were long and sooooooo heavy! So does being a vegetarian effect/change your period?

    At your age, irregular periods are very common and not a prob.

    Prob not connected to your veg diet.

    Congrats on no longer enabling the torture and killing of millions of animals.

    Some vegetarians eat alota soy products and soy can be estrogenic, mimicking the hormone, estrogen, and that could affect periods.

    And there's a lot less fat in many veg diets, and bod fat % can affect them;

    And animal flesh often has a lota hormones in it from how the animals are treated on the farms.

    So there COULD be a connection.

    Ask this in the womens wellbeing too for extra effective particular solutions as maximum would be woman there in comparison to 50/50 right here. I even have heard (male right here) women persons say vegetarianism has helped their sessions, i won't be able to declare why yet there does seem some certainty there. it must be from a bad reason like low iron, to a nutrients reason that something in veg helps with sessions.

    Yes, it will change your period, but in a bad way.. Vegetarian does not mean healthier... It is proven being a vegetarian slowly makes you malnutrition, with no proper vitamins your period will have complications.
