Pronamel daily anti-cavity toothpaste (mint essence)?

Kk so i bought this toothpaste..it is sensodyne but its pronamel....it says its to help protect enamel against acid wear...but i think it does more than protect...i use pronamel because my enamel is VERY weak..so because of that i have cavities really easily...so when my teeth hurts i brush them with pronamel and the pain goes away...ive tried other toothpaste and it dsnt take the pain away...is it true? Or its just my teeth love pronamel P.S pronamel is the best toothpaste..and crest vivid white for night
