My dog is in heat and there's a big pouch coming out of her vagina!!?

Sounds like she might have a vaginal prolapse. It can happen when the dog is in her heat cycle.

Watch her urination frequency. If she is having problems with peeing then you might have to break down and go to a vet. It can cause her a lot of pain and problems.

You could try a very small amount of antihemrrhoidal cream on the prolapsed tissue. See if that reduces the size. When i say small amount, i mean a dime size amount if that. If that doesn't work, and if she is not having any complications, then just wait till she is done being in heat and see if it goes down.

Even though it can go away, a high percentage of dogs will get it again during the next heat cycle. Please spay your dog! this will prevent it from happening again in the future.

she is either just in heat or your about to have puppies, if she is in labor she will be panting, and if you are seeing a sac she has already started pushing. if she is doing these things and you cant get ahold of the vet for info you might get on youtube and watch a dog birth video so you can get an idea of whats fixxing to happen. You should get her spayed. Probably not what you want to hear right now, and I know that you have no money, but many places offer low-zero cost spaying programs for people that are financially unstable. Just think, if your dog does end up having puppies, it's going to cost you a LOT more than getting your dog spayed. You're may have to give her up if that does end up happening.

If your dog is in heat, that's not a pouch coming out of her vagina. That is her vagina, it becomes swollen when they are in heat.

She's not in distress. You should find a low-cost spay program and get her spayed, then you won't have to worry about this any more.

It sounds to me like this dog is about to go into labor/is in labor. You don't need to bring her to the vet to have her give birth. Just leave her where she is. Umm.. I have never heard of a dog in heat having a pouch coming out of her Vagina. If she's panting.. That's weird. You could call your vet, I think that would be best and they can help you out if they're still open.. Soo.. Yeah. Hope I helped!
