how can canada be separated into atleast 6 categories?

I think the category should be about the Provinces and territories, not the cities as it is now, and the cities should be under the Province they are in. The category was obviously not set up by someone that lives in Canada.

To be only 6 categories two provinces would have to be in one category and one for the territories.

Those who say 'eh' and those who don't.

Those who love hockey and those who don't.

Those who think Sarah Palin is a good neighbor and those who don't.

Yep ... that's 6.

ADDED: I agree with Whizzz, below ... I think ALL the 'Travel' categories should be divided by state, province, territory, region, etc., rather than by city. As should all categories ('Dining Out', 'Local Business', for example) that are divided according to geographical interest.

This way, questions for ALL cities within that specific state, province, etc. would land in the right place and be seen by the people who would be most knowledgeable of the area. As it stands now, unless a user is asking about one of the NAMED cities, the only appropriate place to post a question about travel destinations, attractions, housing, business, etc., that are specific to a particular city or area is in the 'Other' category ... which is really just a dumping ground and largely an exercise in futility since rarely are the answers in 'Other' categories very helpful.
