i cannot enable yahoo answers email communications?
it just says peope may not contact you. there are no options for me to click to enable it at all!
when i click edit my preferences, it just refreshes the same page. really this is so frustrating!

Hover over My Activity (large, green tab) at the top of this page and click Edit My Preferences. This takes you to your profile edit page. Click the Privacy & Communications tab. On that page, scroll down to the "The Answers Community can contact me" heading and CHECK "via email" or "via IM" depending on your preference. When you've made your choice(s), hit the blue select button at the bottom of the screen.
If problems persist, they may be a result of a bad cache file. Clear that, sign out, and try again. This link will help you do that: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se...
You also need to be sure you're using the most updated version of Java, Flash, and your browser. Using a totally different browser may help, too (I recommend Google Chrome, personally). You may also want to try restarting. Finally, ensure that JavaScript is turned on (you can find this in your browser options).
