What's the best way to get rid of AIDS?

I was informed by my doctor that I have contracted AIDS from my recent sexual escapades on the islands of Borneo and Sumatra. This was much to my disliking, as I have a meeting next week. So what is this, like the cold or something? I've tried some Advil PM but still nothing. What should I do?

Where have you been the past 25 to 30 years? NO, it is not a cold. It is something that is life altering. By all means attend your meeting, don't let a trivial thing like AIDS, that could kill you, prevent you from attending this meeting. If you're not playing with us, then treat this as if you have Cancer. Surely you are familiar with that word. Hopefully you haven't had any "escapades" here in the states.

AIDS is impossible to get rid of at the moment. No cure. AIDS will destroy your immune system. Without a functioning immune system, you will be under MAJOR medications to survive a common cold. Imagine if you get pneumonia, a high fever, or anything else. Don't be surprised if it kills you.
