how to handle these people?
i have recently joined in an MNC there i have got lots of buddies...in that some of them are so cunning that they dont like us seeing more inteligent or our good things and they want me to hurt so that they will ask such question to hurt me..and my character is giving a rude reply to show them i dont like that question...but here i cant show like that because we are in a team and if we act like enimies it will effect both of us .so i am asking you how to give them a reply so that they dont feel it's a rude reply at the same time i want to feel like i have give the right reply...

Well, if they are rude to begin with, what's the problem with you being equally rude. If you guys suffer, it's their responsibility for inciting such behavior in the first place.
Some people like to burn their house down to see the bugs die in the fire.

why do you feel obligated to answer every question that someone asks you? it's gonna take practice, but you need to learn that just because someone asks a question DOESN'T mean they have a right to know the honest answer. sometimes, they're out of line in asking and they shouldn't - but apparently, THEY don't know that - or if they do, they're not exceptionally quality people.
