Anybody else got problems with their computer?
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, bought new about 3 years ago. A few months back it started cutting out without warning, then it wouldn't load again. Sometimes the keyboard will be frozen, caps lock won't turn on or off, the mouse pad won't work, the screen goes into fine lines or squares. I notice that it doesn't cut out in safe mode, also taking out the power cord works. But if I plug in the power cord it goes off at once. Now my husband's laptop, same label, different year, bought after mine, is not powering on at all. So has anyone else experienced this, or have any idea what's going on? Is it a virus? Buying new computers is a last resort. Thanks.

hi, if your PC works fine in safe mode then, you have to do a system restore to a date where it was working fine... there are different ways to get system restore depending your operating system... once you do that, scan for possible virus on your machine... about your husband computer NO power on at all... sounds bad... there is a tech online who help for free... i use him sometimes i leave you his link in source, Good luck
