What kind of a man would do this? Very distressing...?
It happened with my friend. She was having bath when the lights went out. To check what has happened, she climbed out of the bath, but banged her head on something and fell unconscious.
After some time she gained her senses only to find her husband having intercourse with her. His explanation was that when he saw her sprawled naked on bathroom floor, he was aroused beyond control, and hence was doing it to her.
She's totally shaken and shocked.
What kind of a man will do this to his unconscious wife? Should she report him for domestic assault or rape?

Due to the fact that she was unconscious, she was unable to give her consent. Sex without consent is rape. She should most certainly report him and get the hell away from him. To me that's borderline necrophilia, very creepy!

He's a very demented individual. He had no idea what was wrong with her or how hurt she was and the first thing on his mind is sex? That's wrong on a lot of levels. I don't think he could be charged with rape, but she should look into talking to a divorce lawyer.

Sounds like a man who acts upon impulse without thinking of the other person. A normal man who would care enough for his wife's well being would have at least checked if she was ok and called 911 for help. But instead he thinks of sex? Sounds pretty strange to me. Sorry I have no answer for you.

Damned if we do damned if we don't. My wife pulled that unconscious deal one time. I just couldn't wake her. All nude and sprawled out on the bed. Picked up the phone to call 911. She got up madder in hell. Said it was a spice things up thing.

Since he didn't have her consent its rape, he seems to have little respect for women and she could of been seriously injured but he didn't even bother to get her help, you should be there for her, see if she wants to contact the police about what he has done and take it further, he sounds like an idiot and she shouldn't be with someone who seems so careless.

That's morally wrong and the fact that he didn't attempt to wake her up is quite disturbing. He may have mental health issues. Hope your friend is ok, though.
