What's indecent? Language? Body parts? Have you seen TV in other countries? Have you seen cable tv?

I'm against it. It is freedom of speech and as such it should be labeled as (possibly) offensive or indecent. If anyone has a problem with what they see, they can shut it off instead of sue, which seems to be the more acceptable approach. The TV rating system in use is enough. So long as the broadcast doesn't show anything illegal, the FCC shouldn't really get so involved.

The entire world has hacked the branch it was seating on the tree of Good and Evil long time ago, when it decided to to enact its own measure of what it is Good and Bad, leaving behind those values it kept for centuries.
As a result, we fall into the pit that "all is normal" and "nothing is forbidden", because there is no Compass to tell us WHERE is right or wrong.
The same way the World replaced VALUE for PRICE it replaced MORAL for LEGAL.
