I'm 13, should I stop lifting weights and do cardio?
So guy's I'm not sure which one to choose, the problem is that I'm scared if I'm going to stunt my growth.. and I feel alot better when I do cardio only eat in moderation, rather than lifting weights and eat alot..

Lifting weights does not stunt your growth. Eating the wrong food and not enough of it, or trying to drop your body fat too low stunts your development - sounds like you are trying to do the latter.
Your body needs fuel and substance to develop if you limit it you will not grow.

At your age, lifting heavy weights could be harmful to your body as you are still growing. However doing cardiovascular exercises, can be benefiting. If you want to be strong, or maybe even just have a little muscle then use weights, but not very often. Hope this helped! :)
