How many seasons for Guillen?

The former White Sox managers has announced that he will be the new Miami Marlins managers starting in 2012. Ozzie got his start in coaching with the Montreal Expos, and moved over to the Florida Marlins in the infamous sale of the doomed Expos franchise.Guillen was the 3B coach for the 2003 World Championship team.

How long do you think Guillen will last in Miami? We've seen Loria dump managers who don't fall into line, no matter their on field performance... like Joe Girardi. But, we have also seen that Loria can be loyal to those he likes, such as current interim Manager Jack McKeon.

I think Guillen will stay there for quite a while. I think the players will like it when he gets so mad and throws a tantrum. And he probably won't care if LoMo tweets in the clubhouse.

Loria sent a pretty good player in Morrison to the minors for voicing his opinion. You honestly think he'll put up with Ozzie's idiot kids?If Ozzie can muzzle Oney Guillen, and doesn't mind finishing behind the Phillies and Braves for more than the first 4 years of his contract,he could be there for a long time. But Jeffrey Loria has a bad habit of wanting to manage the team and that isn't Ozzie Guillen's personality.

3 years; less if a contender comes calling with an open checkbook

He could be a lifer there, but I thought the same about Girardi, and he did a good job.
