ill do one cus i dont want you to fail ur test

first u do order of opporations PEMDAS

    1. first use the distributive property to get 4*5y - 4*3 -2*6y +(-2)*3

    then do multiplications to get 20y - 12 -12y - 6

then add like terms to get 8y -18

    2. if you have the same base number, in your question it is a 5, then you subtract the exponent in the denominator from the one in the numerator

so the question becomes 5^(3-5) which simplifies to 5^-2 which could also be written as 1/5^2

    or 1/25
